Do you scale my image up or down?
Should your photo or artwork be the wrong size we will scale your image proportionately to fit your chosen print size. If you would prefer us not to do this (ie. have white borders but retain the original image size) please mention this in the "Special Instructions" box on the checkout page. If you choose not to give any instructions we will print what looks best in our opinion (be that scaling, cropping or borders).
Will you crop my image?
This would very much depend on the image sent. Generally we aim to print borderless to the print size you order. If your image is the wrong shape we would crop it to fit, unless doing so would ruin the composition of the photo/artwork. If you have any specific requirements please use the "Special Instructions" box on the checkout page. Alternatively you can leave it to our discretion (no special instructions) and we will print what looks best in our opinion (be that scaling, cropping or borders).
